The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, will be embarking on a three-day tour of the Volta Region from Tuesday, October 14, 2025, to Friday, October 17, 2025.
This announcement was contained in a statement issued by the Volta Regional Secretary, Bright Kwashie, to all constituency chairmen in the region.
Portions of the letter state, "This is to officially notify you that the National Chairman will embark on a three-day 'Thank You' Tour of the region to express gratitude to the people for their overwhelming support for the Party in the 2024 General Elections.".
You are kindly requested to mobilize MDCEs and Members of Parliament within your constituencies to aid the mobilisation exercise and effectively engage key stakeholders, party executives, and members in the programme."
The letter indicated that "the National Chairman will make some financial support to all constituencies to aid in mobilisation and related activities.
"We count on your usual cooperation to make this all-important regional engagement a success.".
